Every time I go to log in, it just spins and spins and spins. User ID/PW is not the issue as the website works, the app is the issue. Looking at other reviews, seems to be an app issue, not a "one off" problem. Please fix the app.
I have never received so many unsolicited phone calls from any company legitimate or spam. My communication preferences clearly state I do not need prescription reminder phone calls and yet I am constantly receiving them, sometimes up to four times a day. News flash it's cheaper to not use my insurance and get the same drug at Walmart so I don't need to reminders and plan to block you if this continues.

This app opens to a splash screen then does nothing - ever.
Horrible app. Crashes. Doesn't load. Loads with no info. Been like this for couple years now. I think I gave them long enough to fix the issues before giving bad review.
Works great
Great to order refills of existing prescriptions. Can't be used to pay !!
Can login on website but cannot in the app. Constantly says username and password are wrong. Try to retrieve username which I know and it says my member ID is not found. Worthless.
Horrible app. Crashes a lot, terrible functionality, and can't find the information you are looking for. If you have any other choices for Rx, do anything else but CVS Caremark.
Just an excellent pharmacy. They stay on top of all your medications and you never have to worry
